Coppersound Pedals Cobra Fuzz - 2 in 1 Limited Hand Painted Fuzz 6
This 2-in-1 fuzz box produces sounds ranging from classic rock to sputtery, gated, modern fuzz. The Bite side (left) is an LM386 driven dirt circuit. Elegant and effective. The Venom side (right) is a modified Tone Bender MK1.5. It features an external bian knob to sweep between olde school smoothness and modern sputteriness.
Local Art - From the Inside Out
On the inside, a PCB is home to a plethora of modern and vintage-style components. From Russian paper-in-oil capacitors and D9E Germanium diodes. To the array of carbon composition resistors and pair of BC108B transistors. Each component is hand placed and hand soldered in Easton MA.
On the outside, a powder coated enclosure is hand painted by Forrest Cavacco of Cobra Custom Tattoo in Plymouth MA. That artwork is then dressed in a high gloss, automotive clear coat by Kieth Hanson at Hanson Custom Design in Stoughton MA. Finally, the pedal is assembled, tested, and boxed in Easton MA.
Each Cobra Fuzz comes with a 6-inch, Sinasoid patch cable. Featuring a snake skin, Techflex wrap and pancake connectors.

CONTROLS -
Bite - Determines the volume for the left channel.
Bias - Sets the bias of the second stage transistor in the right channel. Ranges from smooth to sputtering.
Venom - Controls the volume of the right channel.
Bite Bypass - Engages the left channel fuzz. Indicated by the Green LED.
Venom Bypass - Engages the right channel fuzz. Indicated by the Pink LED.

Power - 9 volt, center negative. 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel.
